How It Works

1. Backflush daily by adding one level scoop into a blind filter in the portafilter
2. Run short extraction cycles, letting it sit between cycles for deep cleaning
3. Rinse thoroughly under running water and run several clean cycles
4. For soaking filters and portafilters, add two scoops to hot water, let sit, then rinse
