Brewing Suggestions
Serving Size: 250ml per cup
- Add 20g of [CS] ground coffee to 250ml water at 95°C
- Stir and steep for 4 minutes
- Filter through coffee sock, paper filter, or French press
- Kopi-O-Kosong: Top up with 50ml hot water
- Kopi: Add 2 teaspoons of sweetened + evaporated milk
- Serve and enjoy a warm cup of tradition
